I’m not talking about the dog, I mean the shoe brand! Jack Purcell is the comfortable version of the classic Chuck Taylor from Converse. They are easy to recognize, wit their iconic black smile at the toe of the shoe!

It has been a while since I wore them, they are perfect to explore a city, and since I was in Quebec City last week-end visiting my family, I brought them in my luggage! They fit perfectly with my casual week-end outfit and they are confortable enough to walk with them all day long. Comfy + great look, perfect combination right?

Ah Daria, she is so beautiful, she has an “je ne sais quoi”, she’s definitely my girl crush of the past two years! The time I find her the most beautiful is when she has her”I woke up like this” look,  she looks so natural and mysterious.

When I was showing her pictures to my boyfriend yesterday, I learned more about her. First, she’s from Canada, I didn’t know about that, we are from the same Country Shewas  born in Ukraine and her parents moved here when she was 3 years old. She’s 31 years old, and since 2010, she is ranked no. 6 on The World’s Top-Earning Models with estimated earnings of $4.5 million. Not bad right for a girl who started this job to pay her school?

I went window shopping yesterday, I do this sometimes to give me inspiration and to see what’s new on the market! It was that kind of day that everything you have tried fits well, but you can’t spend your money on clothes. Yeah it was that kind of day.

I have to say that the new Studio collection form H&M is beautiful as the trends collection, I was in love with so many pieces. I also found a lot of beautiful pieces at Antropologie, and Zara of course! I finally bought a dress at Urban Outfitters from their Urban Renewal line. This collection is handcrafted in Philadelphia and made from vintage, dead stock and surplus materials from around the world and I find it really cool!! This is the dress I bought  in Khaki! I pictured myself wearing it with my New Balance sneakers and my Filippa k long vest.

It feels like plus three in Montreal today, after spending the last 10 days with a minus twenty degrees, it’s great to be able to wear something else than my down jacket! Don’t get me wrong I love my Penfield jacket, but I’m the kind of girl who prefer changes, especially that I have a lot of jackets to wear!!!

This week-end I finally found the fisherman sweater that I was looking for. Navy with a turtleneck, a great classic that I will keep for life! Do you own one?

No I’m not in Palm Spring, one of my co-worker, called me this name when she saw my vest this week I have to admit that the sequins mixed with the pattern, make this vest look like it comes right from the 90’s”!

But it’s not, it’s from H&M, I bought it a couple of years ago in NYC, not in Palm Spring haha! They used to have a collection called Fashion Against AIDS that helped Raise Funds for AIDS. I don’t know why they stopped, I remember that I used to wait for this collection to hit the stores. I love this vest, it’s a perfect item you can add to an outfit to add a touch of fun! Every girl should have in her wardrobe an oversized denim shirt. Whatever the wash, it is such an easy piece to grab when you don’t know what to wear.

You can wear it in so many different ways. That day, I was wearing it  practically like a dress, but I was wearing short short underneath it. In this editorial, I was wearing it with a knot at the front with skinny black denim. You can also use it as a vest, over a white tee and boyfriend jeans!

Yep, this is my new favorite crew-neck Bliss & Glory! And the best part of it is, first I bought it with a gift card that I got for Christmas, and second is that I got it on sale!! Isn’t beautiful ;P So it’s Sunday and the last day of my vacation noooo!!!! It went so fast I could totally use one more week! In the meantime I know that tomorrow when I’ll be at work, I will be super happy to see my coworkers, especially that I’m leaving them in two weeks.

Yes this is the big decision that I had to take a couple weeks ago. I accepted a new job, after 10 year with Amnesia, I’m leaving for a new adventure. It was a really hard decision, I didn’t sleep for a month, but I’m happy with my decision, change is good! When you are too comfortable in your job, it means it’s maybe time to change, and this was my case. On that note, have a good evening and a good week xx
