Midnight Blue

Already Thursday, wow the week went by so fast. Tomorrow I have summer 2014 presentations all day and Saturday, we are leaving for the Adirondack!! Yay I can’t wait, we are going there for hiking and we are going to stay in a tipi haha! Yeah yeah a tipi. It’s like a dream come true. No wi-fi there, I will have to deal with it, I have to say that some time without technology will be really beneficial!

I made a little shopping list inspiration. I’m really into midnight blue mixed with black these days. I especially love the kimono cardigan by Zadig & Voltaire, it looks so comfy! I will try my bests to prepare you a little something before I leave. If not, have a good week-end xxx

Fall Blue

I have always been a navy blue kind of girl, but lately I’ve also integrated baby blue to my wardrobe. When I saw that inspiration for back-to-school in the latest InStyle issue, I thought that I should do a post about it since it reflected my state of mind at the time. Already August, and it’s the time for my monthly street style inspiration. Fashion weeks started and they are a gold mine of inspiration! Last week was the one in Copenhagen, I looked at the pictures and I was so sad to not being there…

Anyway, my life is not that bad haha I got back last Friday from New York, super late with a 2:30 delay, like always in New York! I’m going to Las Vegas next week to attend the Magic trade show. Practically every fall lookbooks are now available on the web. Even if we do not want to hear it, autumn is upon us. As much as I love the summer season, enjoying the sun, making BBQs with friends, I also really like autumn, it’s my favorite season. I’ll explain why, it’s just so much fun to dressed during the fall season! We can finally pull out our favorite lightweight vests and the perfect leather jacket we all love. Wear more layering, denim short with boot, so many possibilities!

I’m in my lookbook period, I’m feeding myself with inspiration and making some shopping wish-lists! Here is one of my favorite brand, yes another French line! What can I say they’re good! I like the Rock feeling Zadig & Voltaire releases and the way they make you feel sexy. My favorites pieces so far are the red suit, the leather dungarees and the loose cream cardigan. If you follow my blog since a couple of times already you must know how I love resort collection, and especially this one from Jay Ahr Resort ’14. I’m really into casual chic and this collection is all about that. I could totally wear all the pieces from it, how perfect is the dress from the second image?? I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to see this line in stores, until then you can see some pieces from their fall collection here and here

I’m sorry if I didn’t blog for the past two days, it’s summer and so much to do!! I had a friend birthday and yesterday a date with my love 🙂 But I’m starting my Saturday morning with you guys and it’s time for my monthly Street Style Inspiration. I took some pictures while I was traveling because there was so much inspiration that I can get from the peoples over there, so I thought I should share those pictures with you. You have to keep in mind that I’m not a professional street style photographer and it’s kind of hard to took good quality pictures when you are not there for that, you have to be quick, and sometime my camera or Iphone wasn’t ready!!

I could take so much more, but this is what I have, I will write a small comment on each of them to explain why I took it, like the first one, is obviously for the back detail of her jacket 🙂 The pictures will be placed by town, I started by Copenhagen, then Stockholm and for the end Paris. June Inspirations

Already the 6th of June, I feel like I did my May inspirations a week ago …! The last month past so fast, it’s crazy! Hopefully in a couples of days, the time will stop for two weeks 🙂 I have tons to do at work and at home too since I’m leaving for 17 days, I have to make sure everything is done before leaving you know!

Since the weather is not so-so nice, I decided to do my monthly inspiration today. When I’m looking for street stylîng inspiration pictures, I don’t necessary add it to my folder for the entire outfit, sometimes it’s for the colors, an accessory, the way a pair of jeans is folded or a simple detail like on the first picture. It’s the way that she wears her blouse and her necklace that I like. In the second picture it’s for the embroidery, and I really like the tote bag, “My Chanel is at home” so cute no? It is not the first time that I see a bag like that, but I really like this one, it makes me smile. I hope a gave you some inspirations xxx
