There’s still snow on the ground in Montreal, but I’m positive that after this week, there will no longer. I have to admit that I’m fed up of that snow, it’s now dirty and I just want to see some green!! Do you have project for the Easter week-end? Yes, is that time of the year again, NYFW!! This week on my blog it will be all about that, street styles, fashion shows, trends ect!! It’s the best time to catch the most important trends of the season with the street styles and next season with the shows.

You know how much I would love to be there, and to be your eyes during this week. Unfortunately I will have to do it from Montreal, but I will do the best resume possible!! Enjoy the week, and let’s start with some kick ass street styles!!

What we can notice from the first two days; sneakers are still huge, relax outfits with a sophisticated touch. It’s all about comfort, feel great and look great! I love it, don’t you? Pleated skirt are bigger than ever, the culottes are still there and I think they will stay for the next season. Loose trousers, and comfy sweaters paired with great sneakers. A skirt over a pair of sleek pants, we know that Margaret Zhang is the best to interprete this look! See you soon for more xxx

Oh! yes Karl, you gave us a taste of Paradise with this Haute Couture collection. When he explains this collection, he says that he wanted to start with a body conscious cut, but with an oversized twist to give it to it a sporty feeling. He wanted the girls who wear his dresses, to feel free to wear them with sneakers and still look good. So for the girls who are still not sure if they can wear a pair of sneakers with more dressy clothes, girl you have your answer even Le Grand Karl Lagerfeld did it with his Haute Couture. Now nothing can stop us!! Sneakers invasion haha, not to that point, but come on girls we have a no heels free pass, we have to take advantage of this!!

For my part I always been a sneaker addict, with the years I worked in the sportswear industry. It’s a part of me, and still will be in the future! Now who will be the first girl to walk the red carpet in Haute Couture and sneakers?

Not my blog, but it’s my neighborhood that is under construction, at least, the most part of it. Somedays it bothers me a little, but at the same time, I can understand why a lot of new people want to stay here. It is a really cool industrial neighborhood mixed with cool coffee shops, restaurants and nice little boutiques! Seriously, what was I doing all this time without a pair of Nike Free 3.0? Since I got them I just want to wear them every day, for every occasion! Okay I may exaggerate a bit, but I’m really in love with them. They are so comfy, their name was chosen with due, it is true that you feel free with these shoes on your feet!

I found them last week in New York. I wanted a pair for a few weeks now, but I could not find them in a basic color anywhere.. Now that I have them, they will be my best friend in Sweden!

We snapped these pics last Monday. I’m really into the Sporty Chic these days. I like to mix a nice blazer with basic elements and a pair a runners to rock my day! Monday it’s always a busy day for me as I go trough all my reports to be prepared for my Tuesday meeting. But it’s not a hard task for me, since analyzing my reports is one of my favorite aspect of my job!
