]]>Current Elliott partnered up with Charlotte Gainsbourg to create a new denim collection inspired by vintage pieces. I personally love Charlotte’s style, her effortless look and her “I woke up like this face” make me jealous!!
It makes sense to see this collaboration since it reflects well Current Elliot’s philosophy. Serge Azria, art director at Current Elliot said about Charlotte; “She’s really talented. Working with Charlotte just seems obvious,” said Azria. “We both wanted to create something special, not a large collection, the best t-shirts, best jeans, the best jacket.”
Charlotte Gainsbourg is known to appear at the front row of haute couture collection in jeans, and she always looks great no matter what she wears. She has a unique sense of style that she have nothing to envy from her father and mother.
We can definitely say that Charlotte Gainsbourg is a Fashion Icon to be, if it’s not already done.
The collection will be available this fall, but is available since today at Colette in preview.

]]>Yes, I’m one of the lucky girls who got a chance to get a pair of the Converse X Maison Martin Margiela. At first, when I received them, I was tempted to keep them in their box, has they are such a piece of art. But when I tried them on, forget it, they are too cool to keep them in a box!!
Mine will be blue when the paint will crack because that’s the fun of them. You can choose from four colors; yellow, blue, red and black. When the shoes will age, the paint will crack and reveal their colors and personality beneath it. So cool right!?
For this first collaboration with the avant-garde French fashion house, Converse made two silhouettes, the Classic Chuck Taylor Hi All Star and a low Jack Pursell. All of them are hand-painted with the Iconic white paint from the Maison Martin Margiela Fashion House.
The limited edition collaboration is available only at certain retailers, you have to act fast because hey will sell fast!!
Converse X Maison Martin Margiela available here and here

]]>After seeing Isabel Marant and Ralph Lauren’s fall 2014 shows, they inspired me to pull out my Pendleton X Hurley Jacket from my wardrobe. There’s a native even cow-boyish trend in the air. After Karl Lagerfeld with is Chanel Métiers D’Art show, I will not be surprised to see more of it for the next seasons.
My boyfriend offered me this jacket as a Christmas present a couples years ago, I wanted it so much, but it was really exclusive and really hard to find. I was so surprised when I opened my gift and sooo happy!!! He knows me so well
Oh and by the way, do you like my new Acne boots

]]>Do you remember this post when I was looking for green tartan trousers? Well I found the perfect pair, they are from Jacob. They offer them in two colorways, green like mine and red. For those who are familiar with Quebec, you probably know Jacob well, for those who are not, well Jacob is a Canadian brand that’s been growing since the 60’s. With their 100 stores across Canada, we have much to be proud of this Quebec brand!
Tartan is the pattern of the season, we have seen it in a smooth version in Stella McCartney‘s latest collection and more punk with Karl Lagerfeld’s capsule called Punk on sale exclusively at Net-a-Porter. There is something fun with this design, it can be worn so many ways, this is how I wanted to wear it on this gray Sunday .

Are you going to wait in line November 14th? For my part, Oh yes!!!
