You might have thought that I had abandoned my blog, no I didn’t, but I think I needed a break. It’s summer, I’m really busy at work, and I wanted to spend less time on my computer. But I’m still here and I don’t have the intention of abandoning this.
So let’s restart fresh, it’s the end of July, but still, and this month represent summer. Lightweight outfits, refreshing colors and fabrics, and this is where I focused to find my monthly streets styles inspiration. Also, I have to confess that I’m obsessed by my vacation plans this September, and I’ve been trying to spot great travel outfit lately.
What do you think of those? I hope they inspire you.

I went shopping last week-end, and now there’s so many things that I want from the summer collections, ahh life is so not fair ;p kidding!!! I bought these pieces from the H&M Conscious collection that where on sale!!! Yep, the entire collection is now on sale, so if you don’t want to miss it, it’s time to go!!
But then there are other great pieces that I want, most of them from Aritzia, by the way, their new store on Sainte-Catherine Street is BEAUTIFUL!!! The rest is from Zara & H&M, look at that Kimono, it would be so perfect for my next trip!! You can shop for them online, I added the links at the end of the post, enjoy!!

Doesn’t it remind you of your childhood, blowing pollen during summer days? It does for me, and I am still doing it every early summer when they pop up everywhere in the city! It’s so good to do the same things, we used to do when we were kids!
What do you think about my outfit? Head to toe cream! It’s not a color I wear often, but I love it with this dress and of course I love my converse, classic! I dressed up last night for a date that I had with my boyfriend, After spending our vacation doing our roof top patio, a relax moment head-to-head was more than welcome!
Tonight I’m going to the Oblic Against Cancer event, like every year, I’ll show you pictures soon xxx

My new favorite sandals silhouette, the slides!! I never was the “sandals” type of girls, they always were too feminine for me. But since I bought my first pair of slides last year, a love story began.
It’s so easy to just jump in your slides and go outside, way easier than a pair of gladiators, and some pair are still chic enough to wear at work! They are perfect, ok perfect for me!
This is what I was wearing today, casual Monday you know with my new pair of slide Hibou!

Hola!! Sorry again for my silence this week, it’s been a crazy week, my cat got sick 🙁 I had to stay with her at the clinic for a day, (she’s better now!! ) then our car died and I bought a new car, yes all that in three days!! I will pick up my new car tomorrow, a Volkswagen Jetta woohoo, I can’t wait!!
Here’s a photo and outfit recap from the second edition of the 2013 FFun BBQ at Tokyo bar. It’s hard to say no, to this kind of event, sun, fun, friends, beer and a rooftop terrasse all at the same place , I’m in!! I’m wearing a pair of Levi’s denim short witch I cut myself. Of course now there’s a lot of place where you can find some like that already cut. For example there are tons of them on Etsy. But if you want to do it DYI like me, look for a pair of Levi’s jeans at your favorite thrift shop. Don’t be afraid of the shape when you look at them, and the size may be different of what you usually wear since they are high-waisted. When you are going to try them, look only at the top, where you will going to cut them to visualize the final result 🙂 I got mine for only 4$, so it was really worth it. Let me know if you want more tips xxx

As I told you yesterday, I went to the FFUN BBQ 2013 edition this week-end. We finally had the chance to have nice weather and it was really the official launch of summer for me! This party is organized by WeSC (c/o Tiger Distribution) and Société Perrier, so a lot of people from the street-wear industry was there, including myself! It was my second edition and I had a blast!! What can you ask more than a rooftop party, sun, friends, beautiful people and great food???? Add this to your agenda for next year if you are in Montreal!
Have I told you I have a new page on my blog? I added a About Me page, so you can learn a little bit more about me. Soon I will make a post about my story I promise! xxx

I started to pack for Copenhagen, Stockholm and Paris this morning!! Oulalala so exciting but not that easy, as I have to packed intelligently for 17 days. Of course I have to leave some space as I want to SHOP!!!!! And thank god, we will be able to do some washing because we rented apartments, so it’s gonna feel like home.
My trick is too pick pieces that I can match together. Like the perfect blazer that you can wear with a pair of jeans, a fancy dress or shorts! Try to maximize the possibilities of each pieces! Dresses are a good pieces for traveling as you only have one piece to think of, more space for new stuffs!
Choosing shoes is hard too, I want to bring them all, but that would not be a good idea! So I have to choose, one pair of comfy runners because we are going to walk a lot. one pair of great sandals, two pairs of sneakers like converse or vans and dressy shoes, that’s the harder part for me!
I have to leave you on that note today, as I’m leaving soon to the FFUN BBQ 2013. It’s a rooftop party, it’s our summer launch party, It’s my second party of the week-end, ayayay I think it will be a nice summer 🙂 Take care xxx
